professional interims, requiring high standards
of achievement, CPD and references. The IIM also
supports and promotes Interim Managers. Hilary
is a director of the IIM, providing support and
expertise in her spare time to develop the
institute’s offering to its members.
The Institute of Sales and
Marketing Management is an accrediting body
promoting high standards of professional
achievement and education in marketing
disciplines. Hilary has been a Fellow for nearly

a limited company (UK reg 6199619) with CEO
Hilary Husbands and Associates who are also
accredited IIM members and have worked with
Hilary on successful assignments or in other
capacities. Being an IIM member offers the
ability to reach a wide range of expertise at
very short notice – a great advantage to
customers who need results quickly.

Hilary’s early career was in marketing,
specialising in the technical development and
change for improvement in global operations such
as News Week and BusinessWeek promotions and
Ovum IT and telecoms research and consulting. |

After
completing her MBA, Hilary focused on change
management as an Interim. Her work has kept her
up to date with technical change, demonstrated
by ITIL certification, Project management,
validated by Prince2 accreditation, and with
Training, coaching and mentoring certification.
This all evidences a strong ability to identify
what’s needed, drive the change, and deliver it
in a collaborative and sustainable way. |

is a senior HR generalist who specialises in
resolving HR crises, managing acquisitions,
upsizing, down-sizing. He puts a strong emphasis

Operating terms and
conditions
Fees will vary according to type of work and
contract terms but will focus on what value is
being added to your programme.
Typically they may be £400 - £650 per day. Some
expenses may be appropriate. Business Interim
will work to minimise expenses.
Fees paid either directly to Business Interim
Ltd or via a third party agency.
Principals of Business Interim retain the right
to provide the most appropriate interim manager
for the contract or specific parts of the
contract.
Full T&C will be made available to prospective

Management Hilary is able to access current
advice and support material for general
