Workshop 4 - Process Mapping and Engineering
  1. Once into the project, the team can gain immense benefit from understanding fast methods to record, challenge and re-design a process.

    Whether it's a simple manual process or a complex interactive IT process, users will benefit from becoming familiar with terms and tools.

    The user is taken from simple to complex processes in a natural progression.


  1. The workshop looks at ways to improve productivity and quality using Lean methodology, before a process becomes operational.

    There is also strong emphasis on customer pathways and experience and on the impact of change upon other sections, departments and functions outside the process being changed.
  1. The user will become familiar with all the key symbols and a range of process improvement tools.
