Its appeal is that it’s a one-stop-shop for
setting up the capability, training,
methodology, tools and guides to run with
programme or project management immediately.
It comprises four sections:
Training workshops
1. Skills and competences used in projects
2. Scoping and building a project
3. Creating a project plan
4. Process mapping and engineering
5. Costing and estimating for projects
The workshops can be taken in groups or
individually in any free time available. They
are browser viewed, but do not need an intranet
or web access. They can be placed within the
Particulus folder on a network.
Project document suite
A series of forms for defining, managing,
monitoring and reporting project objectives,
costs, benefits, progress and outcomes. The
forms are easy to use and core information
automatically populates any other forms where
it’s needed.
The documents include:
Programme register suite
A collation of all the data from all project
forms across all projects. The information is
then presented in key programme management
